Breastfeeding protects the mother of a diabetic




Washington: U.S. study showed that breast-feeding mother to her children reduces her risk of diabetes and heart disease in the future.

The newspaper "USA Today" that the study showed that the longer the period in which the mother breastfeeds her child, the lower her risk of also syndromes such as high blood pressure, obesity causes heart disease and diabetes.

According to the researchers, who published their study in the Journal of the American Diabetes Association, the longer the period in which the mother is breastfeeding her baby as it eased the threat.

Ganderson said that breastfeeding reduced weight gain during pregnancy and the accumulation of fat in the abdominal area, which relates to type 2 diabetes.
